1. No Refunds or Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Due to the nature of the product, the 50% deposit is non refundable. A lot of work goes in to making your album behind the scenes so due to this, we are unable to offer refunds. Since your album is handcrafted to your specifications and personalization, we are unable to issue a return for your album unless the photo album is defective. If you receive the album and it has been damaged in shipment, please let me know within 5 days of delivery with photographic evidence and we will work to get a replacement sent to you. If there is an error in your album that you did not approve of before the ordering process, we will pay to have a new album made to fix the error at no cost to you. Before the album is ordered, the remaining portion of your balance will be due and will also be non refundable once the album has been sent off to the printers.
2. Non-Refundable Deposit
A 50% deposit is required at the time of purchase. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Final Payment and Additional Charges
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the album is ordered. Any additional charges for upgrades, add-ons, or modifications to the original order must also be paid in full before the album is processed. Once the album has been ordered, no refunds or returns will be issued.
4. Order Processing and Delivery
Once the final payment is received, your album will be ordered and processed according to the estimated delivery timeframe. Delivery time varies based on the printer but once the album has been ordered, I will update you with an expected delivery time.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.
5. Defective Products
If you receive a defective album, you must notify us within 5 days with detailed photos and descriptions of the issue. We will review your request and, if applicable, provide a replacement album. Since the albums are personalized and hand made, the production and delivery time could be similar to the original order.
